Getting better results by investing in training - continuously
The INCo Academy plays a valuable role in getting our new sales people up and running quickly. It gives them a knowledge of INCo and the way we do things, as well as providing the essential knowledge and confidence that sales people need. But training with INCo isn't a one-off. Our programme of continuous improvement helps every one of our staff to improve their personal performance through shared knowledge.
