2017.pngIt’s always great to look back at the end of the year and reflect on the successes and challenges that the company has experienced in the past 12 months. It is without a doubt that the people really make a company and our people have not disappointed! This blog will take a look at some of the standout moments and performances from what has been an exceptional year at INCo.

In the last month, INCo has undergone a huge change. Moving from an office space that has a lot of history and has seen the company grow over the course of 15 years, to a space that will see that growth continue, allowing us to support our customers and employees achieve their goals. Our previous office is full of happy memories and we will look back on it fondly but here’s to many more in our new shiny beautiful office.

Our social calendar has been jam-packed and these events have seen the friendships we have with our colleagues blossom even further! From the big summer BBQ to the Halloween party, from go-karting to black tie dinners and award ceremonies, we have done it all!

We are an enterprise of exceptionally driven people. Driven to generate great leads, surpass our targets, our clients' expectations and of course to beat our colleagues in all manners of competition. We have seen a great competitive spirit among our team members, taking part in charity bake-offs, curry cook-offs and the great Mac ‘n’ Cheese competition of 2017. After all my time with the company and amount of chips and curry, desk sandwiches and baked potatoes I have seen consumed at lunch, I would have never guessed we had so many fantastic cooks and bakers under one roof.

Our annual award ceremony was a high point for all of us at INCo HQ. Highlighting outstanding performances company-wide and exceptional pieces of business done. To reiterate the speech of our CEO, this is very much a team effort and we are so proud of each and every member of team INCo.

This year INCo supported the Glasgow City Mission, raising money for an exceptionally worthy cause. The Glasgow City Mission was the first mission in the world providing care to vulnerable adults and children by fighting against poverty and disadvantage in Glasgow. The team gave up their time and worked hard to raise money for this very worthy charity. As well as a number of our team members taking part in various charity runs across the city.

It has been an exceptionally busy year and we couldn’t have done it without the wonderful team in this company. Each and every single member of Team INCo is responsible for driving the company forward and it is from this team that we want to wish you a fantastic Christmas and a happy New Year.
